What is Psychosocial Coaching?
Psychosocial coaching primarily focuses on addressing current challenges, problems, or questions that an individual may be facing. It centers around aspects of life such as relationships, work, education, and personal development, and is understood as a preventive approach. The goal of psychosocial coaching is to support you as the expert of your life through solution-oriented and future-oriented actions.

Using a systemic approach, we not only consider you as an indivi-dual but also examine the interplay within your social environment and other systems. I employ scientifically-based methods and techniques to assist in your personal development. Together, we will explore your individual challenges and understand the interactions between biological, psychological, and social factors.

I offer individual sessions in two different durations 50 min and 70 min. Additionally, you have the option to purchase multiple individual sessions in packages, allowing you to save simultaneously.

In addition to individual coaching, group sessions will be offered in the future, providing an opportunity for you to engage with other women, learn from one another, and mutually support each other. The protected space allows you to express yourselves freely and benefit from the support of a community. The group meetings will take place once a month, last for 90 minutes, and each will focus on a pre-selected theme. I will moderate the group sessions and provide content input, but the emphasis will be on the exchange among the women.
